Happy Friday!
1 // An extra day off on Monday.
2 // A good visit to the chiropractor with Little One this week.
3 // Lines of poetry scribbled onΒ scraps of paper.
4 // Listening to my dad’s reaction as he read a letter that he wrote to my mom back in the day.
5 // Discovering a new podcast.
6 // Little One still smells good after being groomed a week ago.
7 // Some warmer weather.
8 // Confirming plans for a creative retreat in March.
9 // Reading a good book (and a Q&A with an author to go with it!).
10 // A week of dance workouts.

February 19, 2016 at 9:37 amWhat’s the new podcast? I love listening to Dave Ramsey’s podcast Money Talks. It’s helped me a lot financially. I also like Jess Lively’s podcast.

February 19, 2016 at 10:21 amWhat a fun post! I’ve been in bed with a migraine for 2 days so I’ll be happy when that’s gone. Other than that my flowers from VDay are still alive and kicking, I have coffee, & Ghirardelli squares. This makes me a happy girl. Happy Friday!

February 19, 2016 at 11:39 amI’m super jealous of your extra day off…mostly because I had a really long, busy week but I’m so excited for the weekend and a fun little work trip next week which I’m very much looking forward to!

February 19, 2016 at 12:39 pmThat’s right, I had forgotten Mina hurt her back. How’s she doing? Chiro sessions helping? I know a few people that take their pets there and they notice a difference, or I should say, an improvement.
Stay warm and dry this weekend (we’re getting a bit of a mild weekend, so I suspect as I house sit, my mom’s side yard is going to be mucky as hell), and hopefully Mina can still retain her lovely, freshly groomed smell that I love so much. Must take the boys in soon, they’re hair is getting out of control, especially Baxter’s.
Have a great weekend hun! xo

February 19, 2016 at 4:04 pmI love reflecting on happy moments! I used to keep a gratitude journal and write down 3 things that made me happy each day – it can do wonders on keeping your perspective positive! Sounds like you had some really great moments this week, I’d say having my work published as a guest piece on a popular blog was one of my favorite moments from the week. π

February 19, 2016 at 6:49 pmAll of those things seem so happy! I’m normally an Office Manager, but today I had the privilege to work on my boss’s farm! I had such a fun time working with the cattle and enjoyed the beautiful weather so much!

February 20, 2016 at 9:23 amYay for happy weeks! I am so grateful for my husband and parents π I had a baby 3 weeks ago and they have been SO supportive and helpful with taking my older daughter to school and keeping her company. Also grateful I was FINALLY able to get out of the house for an hour so naturally I went to Target haha!

February 20, 2016 at 10:25 pmA week of dance workouts?! Ummm that is totally my JAM! Dancing is the best workout, and it doesn’t even feel the typical ‘workout’!
