I really enjoyed this month’s bag and expect to get a lot of use out of most of the products that came with it. Every product is a winner.
1. Bare Minerals Marvelous Moxie Lipstick in Get Ready. This is a beautiful pinky shade that I think would go with most eye looks and outfits. It’s a sample size, but I absolutely love how small it is because I can slip it into my on-the-go bag of lip products that I carry with me. The lipstick feels good on the lips; it’s not drying at all and feels somewhat moisturizing. I was impressed with how long it stayed on the lips, although I didn’t time it. I would definitely look at Bare Minerals for lipstick in the future.
2. Roughles by Nicole by OPI in On What Grounds. I love the color of this nail polish! I love blue nail polishes and this will be a great one to add to my collection. The one downside to this product is that it’s a textured nail polish. I’m not always the biggest fan of textured polishes and this isn’t one of my favorite textures. (It’s also not the worst texture that I’ve tried out!) I loved the color and didn’t mind the texture, until the end of the day when I felt like I could feel the product on my nails, so I took it off after one day. Next time I wear I’ll definitely put on a topcoat.
3. Pacifica Body Butter in Indian Coconut Nectar. I have loved Pacifica Body Butter’s for awhile. I love the scent of this one and am excited to have a smaller version that I carry with me while on the go.
4. Be a Bombshell Eyeshadow Quad in Bora Bora. I think this is my favorite product in the entire bag. These eye shadows are incredibly pigmented and I love that I can do a neutral eye with it, but add a pop of color. Include just one blue shadow in a palette and I’m sold! It’s the mermaid in me.
