Last week was long and hard to get through, but this week breezed by and was a lot of fun. I spent a bunch of time working on a creative project, that I’ll talk more about at the end of the post, and hanging out with friends. Overall: a really great week!
Gratitude
Over the weekend I rearranged my room a little to put my desk by a window and to put my vanity up again. I love the new arrangement and I’m looking forward to finish organizing my room so that it feels more put together. 🙂
This week was filled with a lot of good times with friends. I’ve been working a lot in January, which I also enjoy, but it’s nice to just relax and have fun sometimes too.
I had an iced caramel macchiato this week. I used to get those ALL. THE. TIME. but I’ve cut down on Starbucks trips recently. It was so good and really just goes to show that trips to Starbucks are best when they happen occasionally. I haven’t had a caramel macchiato that tasted that fantastic in awhile!

Creative Pursuit of the Week
I’ve been working on a couple of long overdue videos. They’re almost done, but I didn’t have a chance to put the finishing touches on them. (One of them was supposed to go up yesterday, but I didn’t want to rush it just to get a post up.) Keep an eye out for those!
What inspired you this week?

Thank you so much for sharing my post, Crystal! Love Starbuck’s Iced Caramel Macchiatos!
I think that’s so true about how much we enjoy something if we don’t get to have it all the time. And now I’m really craving an Iced Caramel Macchiato. YUM!
Hope you have a great weekend, my sweet–excited to read these links (PS: didn’t know Austria held a special place in your heart. I have only been to Vienna once many, many moons ago but it was beautiful and I’d love to visit again). XOXO
I love Iced Caramel Macchiatos, and am craving one now too!
Looking forward to exploring the link about how to fall in love with your life. What a great topic!
Wishing you a terrific weekend.
It is always nice to treat yourself to something after not having it for awhile. I can’t wait to look a bit closer to the links you shared.
You seriously have me drooling over that caramel macchiato. I have been doing less coffee shop trips too- up until the past two weeks… ooops.
Thanks for sharing those links. I liked the one about how games help with fiction writing.
loved that post from Erica! I’ll have to check out the others!
Hey girl!
Isn’t it fun to rearrange furniture and stuff often? It just brightens/freshens up everything. 🙂
Do you like the hot caramel macchiato’s? I’ve only ever had one once but it was so tasty and aromatic.
I hope you’re having a great weekend love. xoxo
Sounds like you had a great week! I too have cut back on my trips to Starbucks but I had some this morning because I was seriously dragging. Can’t wait to see your videos once you have them all put together!
