Hello, everyone! Little One on the blog today. What’s shakin’?
Usually my writer cruelly leaves me behind and abandons me for hours and hours every day. Then, she stays home for a little while and only disappears for a couple of hours here and there. And then she leaves me behind and abandons me for hours and hours every day. I know! How rude, right? I mean, let’s face it. The lady is lucky to have me. I’m cute and sweet and she has the pleasure of giving me tummy rubs all day long, but she just up and leaves.
She went through her two sleeps of staying home and hanging out with me and only me (and some other humans who wanted to see her because humans are greedy like that). And then today she stayed home! We slept in late and she actually gave me lots of tummy rubs when we woke up this morning instead of just a couple. Then I looked out the window this morning to make sure that my yard was clear of anything but the approved grass, sticks and acorns for me to nibble on, and I saw intruders.
They were just sitting there, hanging out, but don’t worry. I rubbed my nose all over the clean window as I barked to scare them off and when they didn’t move I made my writer take me out to investigate.
Okay, she just took me out because a dog’s gotta do what a dog’s gotta do first thing in the morning.
But after that was taken care of I raced ahead and checked them out. They smelled like fabric and wood and my writer said that they’re flags. I guess they can be added to my approved list. For today.
I hope you all have a great day! Investigating the flags was a lot of work, so I’m going to go take a quick nap and then ask for my tummy rubs. What are your plans for the day?
Until next time, keep those tails waggin’!
