Hello, everyone! Little One on the blog today. What’s shakin’?
After days and days of my writer watching the weather forecast and seeing all sorts of people get snow while it passed us by, the day has finally arrived… it snowed!
To celebrate, I thought I’d talk about why I love winter so much!
THERE’S NOTHING BETTER THAN ROLLING IN THE SNOW
Except for tummy rubs. And food. But other than those two things, there is nothing better than rolling in the snow! If you haven’t, you should try it sometime. Roll around and pause from time to time to let the cold seep through your fur. There’s nothing better! (Except for tummy rubs, of course. And food.)
SNOW IS DELICIOUS
Have you tasted snow before? If you haven’t, you should! It’s tasty! It’s cold, like ice cream (or so my writer says, she always eats ice cream with chocolate so I never get any) and melts in your mouth. I don’t eat it enough.
THERE ARE MOUNTAINS TO CLIMB
My writer calls them snowbanks, I call them adventure!
I CAN SEE WHEN THERE HAVE BEEN TRESPASSERS
When there’s no snow I can smell the trespassers who have entered my yard, but when there’s snow I can see their tracks too. It takes the guess work out of things, which lets me spend more time playing in the snow!
IT’S NOT TOO HOT
As much as I love grass, it’s really hot when the grass is out, and heat is no fun for a dog with lots of hair. And I have lots of hair! Winter has the most perfect weather!

"I can see when there have been trespassers" lol
I actually found out our neighbor was breaking into our van because I followed their tracks in the snow one time.
