Happy March!
I still can’t believe it’s March already. Seriously, I was waiting for something that was going to happen at the end of February (it wasn’t big or important, I don’t even remember what it was, but there was something) and as I entered the last week of February I was like, “There’s still some time… No wait! There isn’t!” But somehow March has arrived which means that it’s time for a new set of goals!
First, let’s take a look at my goals for February.
1 // Find my groove with the writing project I am revisiting. Nope, didn’t do this yet. I actually spent the month writing lines of poetry and working on a short story that I’ve had on my to-write list for awhile. It was definitely worthwhile! It gave me the opportunity to really focus on details, which I know I can overlook in my writing. I actually wrote a lot of things that I loved. At least, I loved them as I was writing. We’ll see how I feel when I go back to read them later. (#lifeofawriter)
2 // Drink more water. Yes! I’m definitely drinking more water and it feels great. I also created a great workout habit until I came down with the plague last week. But working out is resuming this week… I no longer feel the need to collapse on the couch when I get home from work and I can kind of breathe through my nose again. Progress!
For March, I’d like to…
1 // Find my groove with the writing project I am revisiting. Since this didn’t happen last month, it’s definitely going to happen in March.
2 // Make more time for art. I haven’t done much art in 2016 and that has to change. It’s a creative and relaxing thing to do and I need to make more time for it. I follow two artists on Snapchat and it’s so inspiring to see painting snaps. I’ll definitely be pulling out my paint soon.
WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS FOR MARCH?
[Tweet “My goals for March are… #goals #monthlygoals #goalsetting”]
Great goals! I’m with you in finding more creative time – and that doesn’t mean creating on the computer. I also want to shift this feeling of not getting everything done or feeling behind all the time.
These are great, attainable goals! I definitely need to drink more water.

February did fly by fast. I like how you had drink more water as one of your goals last month because I really need to do that. My goals for March are to writing more, sticking to my budget and exercise at 3-4 times a week.
I can’t believe it’s already March either – time just keeps on flying by. I love that you want to make more time for art. I plan on making more time for myself as I always seem to forget about me after taking care of everyone and everything else! Happy Thursday, tomorrow’s Friday! Yay xxx
Good luck on your goals!
All are really great goals! I need to start drinking more water too! Good luck with your writing project 🙂
I still can’t believe that it is March either. This year is already passing so quickly. Great job on drinking more water! I love the goal for making more time for art. I am not an artist by any means (complete opposite actually) but doing art is always therapeutic. Good luck on your goals this month.
Love reading other peoples’ goals and it sounds like you have some great ones for the month ahead. Best of luck with all of the creating you have planned!
I definitely need to drink more water, as well. Great Goals!
Hope you get fully recovered!! I’m still sick too from whatever I got a month ago. I guess it doesn’t help that I’m not giving myself any rest and keep hanging out in cold places. I’d love to make more time for art too! Can’t wait to see what you end up making for March. 🙂
