Hello, everyone! Happy Monday! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I wasn’t sure if I’d get a random ramblings post up this month since I’m posting less, but I’m glad I was able to fit it into my schedule. So, here are some random ramblings for today.
1 // We don’t have much snow. And by not much, I really mean not any. There are little patches along the driveway, but other than that, no snow at all. I have mixed feelings about this. On the one hand, Little One and I can go for walks because it’s not too cold and the hill that is my street isn’t covered in ice, but on the other… Christmas is coming at the end of the week and we don’t have any snow! (Also, I like snow.)
2 // This has been a busy weekend of Christmas services. We had a Christmas service at work on Friday, I went to the Christmas service for a local church on Sunday in the morning and in the evening, my church had it’s Christmas service. It was a good weekend! The Sunday morning service included a flute in their small group of musicians.
3 // I’ve only purchased one Christmas present. My family only gives presents to the kids, so I already bought a present for my youngest nephew, since that has to be shipped off. But I still need to get presents for the older two. Better get on that.
4 // My niece gave me a thank you card for her birthday present and she wrote the cutest (and funniest) message. It’s so much fun watching her (well, all of them) grow up.
5 // And speaking of nieces and nephews, my oldest nephew is only 5 1/2 years younger than me and he came to the city to have lunch with my parents. They went to a restaurant near work so I went with them and it was a lot of fun to hear him talk about his new job.
I think that’s all for now.
I LOVE snow too…and we have none. Pathetic. Really hoping we get more snow… I am getting kind of depressed without it!

I’m jealous that you have any snow- even if only driveway patches, haha! Charlotte isn’t white at all. But hey, at least I know our travels won’t be hindered. haha.
I would have really loved some snow for Christmas, but it doesn’t look anything like it. Too bad! Happy Monday!
I moved to the east coast thinking we’d have our first white Christmas as a family, and guess what the temp is supposed to be on Christmas Eve? 73 with thunderstorms. What the heck? lol
We were really hoping for snow this year since it’s our first Christmas in the mountains…but it’s supposed to be warm on Christmas Day! It’s really disappointing because we bought our toddler a sled…oops.
