Spotted: A Patch of Orange Leaves

This was taken last year; I haven’t seen a tree with this amount of color yet this year.  But, on my way home from work today I did notice a tree with a patch of orange leaves.  Fall is coming!  I love the cool weather, boots and scarves, pumpkin spice lattes, leaf piles and the color that fills the trees during the season.
I have a Camp NaNoWriMo update.  I am now at 37,156 words.  I need to write 2,569 words to finish by Friday, which is totally doable.  (Actually, it will probably be a little more tomorrow, but still doable.)  So, I could finish NaNo this month.  I spent the weekend alternating between working on my story and watching Downton Abbey.  That show is addicting!
As I searched for a Fall picture to use for this post I stumbled upon this picture of The Dog and just had to share it.  Look at that adorable expression on her face!  The other photos from that day were baking pictures so I’m assuming the sweet pup wanted to be included in the baking.
