It’s been awhile since I’ve written one of these posts, but it’s been awhile since I had a group of items that I loved and wanted to share. Right now I have a group of items that I have loved this month, so I thought I would share them with all of you.
Dr. Jart+ Black Label Detox BB Cream. I have been looking at this BB cream for awhile, but I didn’t know what the coverage would be and what the shades were like, so I always held off on buying it. This brand also has an array of different BB creams so I didn’t know which one would be best. Finally I went to Sephora to look for something a little more lightweight than the foundation that I usually use. They did their complexion test on me (so cool!) and this was one of my matches. When the MUA put it on, it blended into my skin perfectly. It also has decent coverage and if I have to use concealer, I just need a slight amount under my eyes and on my cheeks. It’s easy to apply if you don’t mind using your hands.
Tarte Pure Maracuja Oil. I’ve looked at this before because I’ve heard wonderful things about it, but the price tag always kept me away. When I was at Sephora the MUA (if you’re reading this, hi!) used this to moisturize my skin before applying the BB cream, so I asked her a couple questions about it and decided it was about time that I pick it up. Even though it’s a little pricey, a little goes a LONG way with this stuff so this bottle should last awhile.
Blanket from Herbergers. (I couldn’t find a link for this one online.) This blanket is so soft and warm. I love curling up under it while reading a book with Little One by my side. My mom found these on sale and they were really cheap so she picked a bunch of them up and I snagged two so that I can have one in my room and on the couch. These are also a favorite of Little One’s. If the blanket is out, she will curl up on top of it.
Music: Alisa Turner and Priscilla Ahn. I discovered a few new artists this month: Alisa Turner and Priscilla Ahn. I first heard music from both of these artists this month and have had their albums on repeat ever since.
What have you been loving this month?
